The Town of Franklin (pop. 33,000) is seeking energetic and efficient qualified
applicants to join our Facilities team; ensuring public buildings and premises are neat
and clean.
Part-time Custodians work a regular schedule of 10-19 hours per week.
The hours are generally between 4:00 and 9:00 on weeknights and/or Saturday or Sunday
mornings. Hours for specific locations may be later; to accommodate evening
events and building schedules.
The general duties include sweeping, dusting, washing floors and windows, emptying
trash, and other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager. Applicants must be able
to perform manual labor, lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, climb ladders, and endure
repetitive motion.
