Essex North Shore Ag/Tech Nigh time Custodial Maintenance Supervisor

POSITION AVAILABLE

Custodial/Maintenance Supervisor –

Second Shift
Twelve-month position – 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
During summers and school vacations, hours change to day shift.
Snow removal responsibilities required during inclement weather.

Bilingual preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have at least five years experience in a facility maintenance position
Must possess leadership ability and cleaning knowledge

Must possess knowledge of methods, materials, and practices in building custodial work, including proper

use and care of custodial equipment

Experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing,

equipment repair, painting, cleaning or other related maintenance areas

Must demonstrate skill in human relations and communication

Must demonstrate the ability to effectively use and communicate with email and computer-based

maintenance system

Must demonstrate the ability to problem-solve with minimal supervision
