HV AC Technician
Level 8 Managers Union  ( $66,705 to $85,898 Consolidated Facilities)

RESPONSIBILITIES: Will perform highly skilled HV AC services at all Town and School facilities to ensure a safe and well-functioning operation of mechanical, plumbing and HV AC services. Will need to be well versed in energy management control systems at 23 Town and School buildings. Responsible for the oversight of all computerized HV AC controls to run boilers, HV AC and ventilation systems at all facilities. Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings and fixtures for all buildings. Promptly responds to all emergencies during off hours as required. Follows all OSHA and MSDS guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma; A minimum of Five (5) years’ experience in heating, air conditioning and plumbing experience in a large school district and commercial facilities. Massachusetts HVAC License required as well as a Journeymen’s pipefitter’s license preferred. A valid Massachusetts Operator’s License required.
