MFAA 2025 Annual Conference & Expo

We are excited to announce the upcoming MFAA Annual Conference and Expo, featuring this year’s theme: “Elevate & Excel: Professionalism in Action.” With 351 municipalities and 306 school districts across the state, your support is essential to making this event a success. Our members are eager to explore the latest products, technologies, and best practices that can help their communities save both time and money.

Booth representatives are welcomed, and encouraged, to attend any part of the day sessions and the Member Meet & Greet on Tuesday evening. We want you to be part of this amazing event, not just an added feature. Keep in mind, when the show floor is open, that is the only item on the schedule at that time! You will not be competing against any other events or breakout sessions.

Important Deadlines

  • September 16th: Cut-off date to request the same booth number as last year.
  • September 26th: Final day to cancel for a partial refund.

Preliminary Exhibitor Schedule

Tuesday, October 28, 2025
  • 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM: Exhibitor Registration & Booth Setup
  • 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM: EXPO Floor Opens for "Meet & Greet" with carving station and appetizers for attendees and exhibitors.

Note: Exhibitors encouraged to set up during Day 1 to meet attendees 4PM to 8PM.

Wednesday, October 29, 2025
  • 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Breakfast for all and opening address
  • 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM: EXPO floor open
  • 11:45 AM - 12:45 PM: Lunch served on the EXPO floor.
  • 1:30 PM: EXPO floor officially closes. Booth breakdown can begin.
  • 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Exhibitors are welcome to attend educational breakout sessions.

Exhibitor Booth Registration

  • $1650 Single Expo Booth (9'x9'): Includes drape, skirted table, wastebasket, and ID sign.
  • $3150 Double Expo Booth: Includes drape, two skirted tables, two wastebaskets, and two ID signs.

NOTE: Electrical is an additional $75 charge and must be selected during registration.

This event is reserved for pre-registered vendors that have secured a booth. To ensure fairness to our partners, non-registered vendor representatives are not permitted to walk the floor and will be asked to leave.
