2026 MFAA Fall Conference & EXPO

The MFAA is excited to announce our 2026 Fall Conference and EXPO! We'll be back on Cape Cod at the Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod, 1225 Iyannough Road, Hyannis, MA 02601. The EXPO will be located in the Compass Rose Ballroom.

Wednesday, October 14 Schedule (subject to change)

• 9:00 AM–4:00 PM — Exhibitor Setup
• 4:00 PM–6:00 PM — Meet and Greet: beverages, raffles, and appetizers. Time to connect with membership, sponsors, and vendors.
• 6:00 PM–9:00 PM — Dinner & Keynote Speaker (Sponsors only will be invited — tickets will be provided)

Thursday, October 15 Schedule (subject to change)

• 7:00 AM–8:30 AM — Breakfast
• 8:45 AM–9:45 AM — Keynote Speaker
• 9:45 AM–1:00 PM — EXPO Floor Open
• 11:45 AM–12:45 PM — Lunch
• 1:00 PM — EXPO officially closes; booths may be broken down
• 1:00 PM–4:30 PM — Breakout sessions in the meeting rooms

We'll continue to provide the best professional development opportunities for building professionals, along with plenty of chances to network with colleagues from across the state. Booth representatives are welcome — and encouraged — to attend any part of the day's sessions and the Vendor Attendee Reception the evening before the EXPO.

When the show floor is open, that's the only item on the schedule — you will not be competing against any other events or breakout sessions.

This continues to be a sold-out event, so make sure you lock in your space sooner rather than later. We would hate to miss seeing you and connecting. August 31, 2026 is the last day to ensure your booth.

This event is reserved for preregistered Vendor/Sponsors that have secured a booth. Non-registered vendor representatives are not welcome to walk the floor, and if found in attendance without having reserved a booth will be asked to leave. This is in fairness to our vendor/partners that are supporting MFAA through hosting a booth.

Need additional booth furniture, signage, or shipping/material handling? Order through the official show contractor, Capital Convention Contractors (John LaPlant, (877) 335-3700) — pricing and ordering instructions are in the Exhibitor Service Manual above.

Booth power: All booth power requests and payment are managed directly through the resort venue. Complete the Vendor Form above and email it to Kara Rinehard, Conference Planner, at krinehard@margaritavilleresortcapecod.com. Exhibitor packages will be emailed after receipt of booth confirmation.
