The MFAA is excited to announce our 2026 Fall Conference and EXPO! We’ll be back on Cape Cod at the Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod, with the EXPO located in the Compass Rose Ballroom.
This event supports MFAA’s core mission of promoting professionalism by providing our members with comprehensive training in all aspects of facilities management and maintenance. Our goal is to ensure that every member is equipped for success in the daily operations that keep our buildings running at their best.

*Member Exclusive* – Full Conference Pass — $250.00
The best value for the full MFAA Fall Conference & EXPO experience. Includes two full days of programming, breakout sessions, meals, and the EXPO floor. Also includes entry to the Wednesday evening Meet & Greet. Each pass comes with up to three complimentary guest passes. Must be an active MFAA Member.
*Member Exclusive* – One-Day Conference Pass — $125.00
Join us for Thursday, October 15th — including all sessions, breakout workshops, meals, and the EXPO floor. Each pass includes two complimentary guest passes. Must be an active MFAA Member.
Non-Member Full Conference Pass — $325.00
Come meet the MFAA crew — we’re fun, supportive, and yes, a little awesome. This pass gives non-members full access to the entire two-day conference, including meals, sessions, and the EXPO floor. Plus, if you decide to join MFAA after the event, you’ll receive 50% off your first year of membership.
Non-Member One-Day Conference Pass — $175.00
Not ready to commit to the full conference? Join us for Thursday, October 15th and experience all sessions, breakout workshops, meals, and the EXPO floor. If you decide to join MFAA after the event, you’ll receive 25% off your first year of membership.

Provided through our valued sponsors as a way to engage with the MFAA community. This pass grants free access to all Thursday, October 15th events, including lunch, the EXPO floor, and breakout sessions.
Retired Member Pass — Complimentary for our retired members
As a thank you for your dedicated service to the MFAA community, this complimentary pass grants retired members full access to the entire two-day conference experience, including all sessions, meals, and the EXPO floor.

- 4:00 PM–6:00 PM — Meet and Greet: beverages, raffles, and appetizers. Time to connect with membership, sponsors, and vendors.
- 6:00 PM–9:00 PM — Dinner & Keynote Speaker (Sponsors only will be invited — tickets will be provided)
Thursday, October 15
- 7:00 AM–8:30 AM — Breakfast
- 8:45 AM–9:45 AM — Keynote Speaker
- 9:45 AM–1:00 PM — EXPO Floor Open (Compass Rose Ballroom)
