MFAA’s 2019 Conference-EXPO is heading to the North Shore this year!!! Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at the Boston North Shore Double Tree in Danvers, MA. We are coming off the heels of an amazingly successful event from last year in Hyannis and hope you can join us this year.

For those that don’t know us, MFAA is a community of more than 150+ facility directors that provide services for municipal and public K-12 schools in Massachusetts. Our organization has been providing support, networking, and professional development opportunities to members and is now entering its 43rd year.  Through the sharing of knowledge and resources, we are able to improve the performance and extend the life of our public facilities.  Our members take great pride in providing a safe, healthy, and sustainable learning environment for the staff and students who daily use the buildings that we maintain.

Your name is on our list of organizations that we would love to have join us on our journey for improving the health and performance of our public facilities. Only vendors that have been recommended by one of our 150+ members, or, are currently working with other state agencies are receiving this opportunity. Comments from past exhibitors have been this event is more productive than many other offerings in our industry. Comments like “I have always captured on a new customer from your show”, “Not all lookers, these are buyers”, “Best event format I have ever attended” are just some of the examples from past events.

We are currently working with the Mass Association of School Business Officials (MASBO), Mass Association of Public Procurement Officials (MAPPO), Mass Higher Education Consortium (MHEC) to increase the number of attendees and make this the premier event for all Southern New England Facilities Professionals.

Standard booth rates for this year’s event are listed below. This was a sold out event last year so make sure you lock in your space sooner rather than later. We would hate to have you miss out.

Proposed EXPO Schedule: (all are welcome to attend any part of the day)

8 am to 8:30 am: Morning Keynote 

8:40 to 12noon: Classes/Breakout sessions 

12noon to 1 pm: Lunch

1 pm to 1:30: Afternoon Keynote

1:30 pm to 4:30 pm: EXPO

4:30 to 5:30 pm: Vendor/Attendee Reception on the Expo Floor
